We are committed to make your Global Leadership Summit experience with us enjoyable. Kindly read through the following terms prior to making your purchase. Through purchasing our merchandises and services would mean that you have acknowledged the following terms, have understood them, and have agreed to abide and adhere to them.

DELIVERY- Global Leadership Summit Online

  1. Your Global Leadership Summit Online ticket with your unique watch link will be emailed to you at least 2 weeks before the event date of your choice.
  2. Once the watch link has been sent out, we have deemed to have completed your order.
  3. Should you be unable to attend the event of your choice, please apply for a transfer by contacting us by written request at least two full calendar weeks (ie 14 days) prior to the event. Requests for transfers less than two weeks of the GLS Online date will forfeit the registration fee, due to a unique watch link having already been distributed. Some tickets are not transferrable. For transfers, contact us at registration@glnmalaysia.org
  4. Registrations cannot be transferred from one year to the next – they must be used in the same GLS season.
  5. We have a No Refunds & No Returns policy.

DELIVERY- GLS Now & GLS Year Round

  1. Your access to GLSNow & GLS Year Round will be emailed to you within 10 working days of receiving full payment for your purchase.
  2. Once your access code has been sent to you, we have deemed to have completed your order. We do not provide refunds or returns.

PAYMENT

  1. All payments has to be made through online banking (Maybank2u, UOB bank, CIMBclicks, HLB, Public Bank, RHB Bank, Affin Bank, Bank Islam) which is linked from our website which includes major credit cards.
  2. Payments shall not be deemed to be made until full amount of funds have cleared.
  3. We do not provide refunds or returns.
